I think it's fair to say I'm actually addicted to this stuff in the Lemon & Lime flavour. I use 3 scoops pre workout for a 150g caffeine boost and as I do fasted cardio, I know that the BCAA's are protecting my muscle mass. I could easily drink this any time of the day... delicious blended up with crushed ice!

The only thing that beneficial from this is that Amino Energy improves mood and boosts a little energy. First at all - it definitely improves mood - that is why i love it! I don't use this as sports
or muscle pump up supplement but rather then as nootropic stuff for my brains! Believe or not - you can use this for your mental performance! I suggest to add 2 tee spoons to one cup of warm (not hot not could) water, stir it well, drink it and feel the mood as it rises up and lasts for many hours. Do it, repeat it 3 times per day, do not overdose otherwise you will not feel the desired nootropical effect.

Second time I've had this product but first time bought via Amazon - 1st time bought overseas when on holiday - powder was white (flavor 'green tea') and it mixed very well with just a quick shake when added to water. Just before the previous pack ran out I ordered from Amazon the 'Lemon Lime' flavor. This time the colour is a bit green and the powder clumps a bit in the container and doesn't mix well at all when added to water. Have only used it a couple of times and will probably throw it out and buy from a different supplier (Not worth the hassle of returning). The BBE date is Mar 2020 so should be fine but it isn't unless 'Lemon Lime' suffers from this??? Maybe damp got into the pack somehow? I also notice that this pack doesn't have a 'silica gel' pouch to absorb moisture like the first pack did so maybe that's a regional difference?

Very good pre-workout supplement. i find i have to cycle these in order to get the best use as my body tends to get used to them after a while. This has been in rotation for a few years.

Great tasting and gives a decent lift without the crash.
Would definitely recommend to people on the go all the time or with an active job.

The problems ive had with pre workouts is they make your body feel like they are covered in ants and i couldnt fully focus on what i was doing because i was so jittery. But this just perks you up enough to be able to get in the gym, do your business and leave knowing you’ll be able to actually get your head down at night.

This is my favourite pre run drink. Tried a few others but there were that many calories in them it was messing up my macros - as amino energy comes in around just 30 calories I’ve got it burned off in no time. At one point I started to wonder if it really worked or if it drinking it was just habit so did a few runs without it......could really tell the difference so now I make sure I never run out. Not so keen on the orange flavour but it’s still drinkable (i’ll generally buy whichever is cheapest when I’m ready to order).

Quick review

I have had this for a week.
Watermelon flavour tastes and smells good.

I have been using bsn amino acids before this...

This is not as fizzy as bsn.

Results well everybody will react different but for me yes i do notice it gives me a little push.

Is it worth the money? Yes

Is it addictive? Yes

When i stopped taking amino acids i felt low of energy.

Hope this helps.

ON products delivers once again. This pre-workout supplement gets my engine going. Weather it is before a footy game, before gym workout, or simply before heading to the office. I feel more focused and have more energy getting through the day. I can recommend this product to athlets and non-athlets. This product definitely boosts up my day.

I use this as pre workout before gym and football matches and will never look back. This stuff is great, one small scoop and you'll reach a new lease of energy helping push you that little bit further! This is healthier than the usual pre workout and doesn't leave you with an awful come down.
